Sunlight/Moonlight Rose

This magical rose of white and black coloration seemingly switches colors depending on the time of day.

Grown in Valinor, this rose can be mixed with some other alchemical ingredients and depending on the color of the pedals can induce two different outcomes

Daylight: acts as a stimulant increasing perception for 1 hour

Moonlight: acts as a suppressant not effecting you much physically, but allows for you to use darkvision up to 60ft for 1 hour
