Environment: High mountain peaks or places touched by divine energy.
Appearance: A beautiful flowering bush with silver leaves and star-shaped flowers that emit a soft, warm glow at night. The flowers glimmer like starlight, and their glow intensifies under moonlight.
Properties & Effects:
Blessing of Light: Creatures who rest within 10 feet of a Starlight Briar regain an additional 1d8 hit points from any healing effect.
Radiant Defense: If a hostile undead creature comes within 15 feet of the Starlight Briar, the plant glows brightly and releases a wave of radiant energy. The undead creature must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or take 4d6 radiant damage.
Harvesting: The petals can be ground into powder to create Radiant Salve, a healing ointment that restores 2d8 + 4 hit points and cures blindness or poison when applied.
