Environment: Fae forests or dream-touched landscapes.
Appearance: A soft, silver moss that glows faintly under moonlight. When touched, it whispers faint, dreamlike phrases to the mind of the one who disturbs it.
Properties & Effects:
Dream Influence: Creatures sleeping within 10 feet of the moss have vivid, sometimes prophetic dreams. These dreams may offer hints or clues about future events, depending on the DM's discretion.
Psychic Spores: If the moss is disturbed, it releases a psychic pulse in a 15-foot radius. All creatures in the radius must make a DC 14 Intelligence saving throw or take 2d6 psychic damage and experience confusing, dreamlike visions for 1 minute (disadvantage on attack rolls and ability checks).
Harvesting: Properly collected Dreamwhisper Moss can be used to craft Potions of Clairvoyance or to create dreamcatcher-like magical items that ward off nightmares.
