Appearance: This icy-blue reed grows in frozen landscapes, covered in frost and exuding a misty chill. When the wind blows, the reed produces a faint, haunting whistle.
Properties & Effects:
Freezing Aura: Creatures within 10 feet of a Cryowisp Reed must succeed on a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or take 1d8 cold damage and have their movement reduced by 10 feet until the end of their next turn.
Icy Harvest: The reed can be harvested (DC 15 Survival check) to create Potion of Cold Resistance or Frost Bombs (grenades that deal 3d6 cold damage in a 10-foot radius).
Dangerous Bloom: If the plant is exposed to fire, it explodes, dealing 4d6 cold damage in a 15-foot radius.
