Clovers

Clovers were a type of small, flowering plant. They were highly associated with good luck, especially those with four leaves due to their rarity even though they grow all throughout Thalgriel.
Usages: A four-leaf clover was a material component for the spell boon of fortune.
Rumors & Legends: Some claimed that out of every one hundred or even one thousand clovers, only one grew to have exactly four leaves and that whoever picked it was granted good luck.[1] Superstitions surrounding four-leaf clovers claimed that they could enable one to see hidden fairies, detect witches, or recognize evil spirits.
  Variations:
Sparkling Clover: These clovers tend to grow in places affected by some sort of fey magic and only grow with 4 leaves, almost identical to normal clovers these clovers only show one difference between its normal counterpart as when held underneath the light of the full moon the leaves of the clover start to sparkle and produce many different colors. While some may keep these clovers as they think its lucky, the fey magic inside the flower likes to play tricks on those people by reversing this luck making them extremely unlucky so long as they hold onto the clover.
Dark Clover: A type of clover that emerged following the Spellplague. These were near identical to the standard variety of clover, but they had some connection to the Shadowfell that made them a sort of aid to practitioners of necromancy. It is said that should someone hold onto a dark clover for too long the holder will start to see hallucinations, often making them think something is moving within shadows.
