Chameleon’s Breath Vine

Chameleon’s Breath Vine
  Type: Adaptive Carnivorous Plant
  Environment: Jungles or dense forests.
Appearance: This plant resembles a thick vine that clings to trees, with leaves that shift in color to match their surroundings. Its flowers look like small, harmless orchids, but each contains a hidden tendril.
  Properties & Effects:
Camouflage: The Chameleon’s Breath Vine is nearly invisible when dormant. A DC 18 Perception check is required to notice it. Lashing Tendrils: If a creature comes within 5 feet, the vine lashes out with its tendrils. Make a melee weapon attack: +5 to hit, reach 10 ft., 2d6 bludgeoning damage, and the creature is grappled (escape DC 14).
Breath Attack: Once grappled, the vine can release a cloud of paralytic spores. The target must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or be paralyzed for 1 minute.
Harvesting: Its sap can be refined into Chameleon’s Elixir, a potion that grants the effects of the Invisibility spell for 1 hour.
