Blightshade Fungus

Blightshade Fungus
  Type: Corrupt Mushroom Cluster
Environment: Swamps, caves, or areas with lingering necrotic energy.
Appearance: Blightshade Fungus grows in clusters of pitch-black mushrooms with faintly glowing red spots. The mushrooms’ caps are slimy, and their stalks are crooked, twisting as if reaching for the darkest corner of their environment. When disturbed, the fungus releases a thick, black spore cloud.
  Properties & Effects:
Necrotic Spores: When the Blightshade Fungus is disturbed (stepped on or harvested improperly), it releases a 10-foot-radius cloud of necrotic spores. Any creature within the cloud must make a DC 14 Constitution saving throw, taking 3d8 necrotic damage on a failed save or half as much on a success.
Dark Vision Suppression: Any creature affected by the spores temporarily loses darkvision for 1 hour.
Harvesting: When carefully harvested (DC 16 Nature or Survival check), a single mushroom can be used to craft a Potion of Blindness or enhance necrotic magic spells(Depends on the spell).
