Sauron AKA Lizardfolk

The Sauron of the Grenmire live in tribal clans, not dissimilar to the Kazagor with whom they share the country. They are a much more lawful people though, following strict warrior codes and do not indulge in cannibalism like their caprine and bovine cousins, they do have rituals of humanoid sacrifice which they make to their gods.
Those that leave the jungle are usually more 'civilised', having the intelligence and lawful nature to adhere to the social and legal practices of their new homes.
