Hobbit AKA Halflings

Hobbits, also known as halflings (though they do not like that name) originate from Linshire. Though they have spread throughout Thaeria, and even the wider world they are almost always loyal and patriotic about the country where they originated.
Linshire itself is mixed race, much like most of Thaeria, but Hobbits make up a much larger majority of its population than they do elsewhere.
They are typically friendly and down to earth, fond of food and drink, and they tend to be drawn more towards labouring or artisanry vocations than they do to academic ones.
Like Humans and Gnomes they begin to appear in the history of the Omniasphere sometime during the fourth age, though they it was likely several millennia later before they left their homeland and expanded their presence in Erde. Nonetheless they have since spread widely and have good relations with all the folk of Thaeria, and are welcoming within the borders of Linshire.
