Falmir

One of the few intelligent humanoid races indigenous to the Shadow fell. They are fiercely jealous of those native to Erde and are driven mad by their rage. Unfortunately, or fortunately depending on your point of view, they are so well adjusted to the hyper-entropy of the shadow fell that the the air is poison to them, causing their bodies to over produce cells and eventually die if they remain for too long. This does not stop them searching for ways to invade and cross the veil though, sending raids to kidnap the denizens of the prime material plane. The lucky ones end up as food, as for those not native to the bleak and entropic surroundings of the Shadow fell a life of slavery there is short and torturous.

Biological Traits

Falmir are a pale skinned slender race who walk with a hunch and, in spite of their lithe forms, are surprisingly strong. They have sharp pointed teeth and long ears, leading some to erroneously believe they share a lineage with elves or gnomes. Some tribes who live in the darkest depths of the Shadow fell no longer have eyes and rely entirely on other sense.
