City-State of Hannover
The City-State of Hannover is a small state found on the Northern coast of Teutonia at the mouth of the Rhine river. This mountainous landscape that slopes quickly to meet the sea is littered with a labyrinth of caves with sum having regular Drow activity.
Demography and Population
Hannover has a population of 584 thousand and is a melting pot of race and culture, Orcs, Goblin, Drow, and humans are amongst the most prominent races.
Military
The City-State has a small military strength of 2920, concentrated on the city with a patrols working along the main roads and manning 11 castles/forts in the state. Within the city are two fortresses, Hannover castle, fort of Coalhouse Point, and the abandoned and haunted Fort Fang. The City-state also boosts a fleet of 100 ships which are used to protect the cities port and its fleet of merchant ships.
