The larvae are divided amongst the outer planes to keep them safe while the Material Plane is constructed.

The larvae have officially been sent off, each on their own way. I haven't been told the exact locations, so that if we should be overrun, there won't be any record of their exact whereabouts. However, they should all be safe among the upper planes, excluding Ysgard - a bit too chaotic and dangerous for a child to grow. And I only mention it because we believe the larvae will be born while away.   The denizens of the upper planes seemed more than happy to help us, of course they don't know all the details of the situation, but they can likely piece it together. I'll be very interested to see how the larvae grow in such diverse environments, but I trust the denizens will take good care of them. Tymora told me the larvae sent to Arborea looked particularly close to hatching (I've no clue how she can tell). I'm surprised she gave those up though, considering she did keep one here, for us. I suppose now we just wait and see! I do hope construction of their new home starts soon.
