Leader: Josephina Jadwiga, female tiefling, the last of tiefling nobility in Polania, the only reason why she is allowed to hold her station was her status as a child during the Devastation, even then it was said she treated her slaves well and would step in to defend them from her father's whip. She still views humans as inferior, however its clear she loves them and thinks that it is her duty as their superior to defend and protect them. However her marriage to a human man has granter her only one Tiefling heir that isnt interested and one estranged human son
Champion: Kalevipoeg, male giant, a literal giant, somehow in the service of Josephina, few dare challenge him and fewer still make it out alive, even if the fight isnt to the death, Kalveipoeg rarely leaves survives, he doesnt speak either, just grunts of yes or no, most are far too scared to talk to him, but Josephina speaks as if they are the best of friends.
Economy: Leelo Jadwiga, female tiefling, daughter of Josephina, she has no interests in rebuilding the tiefling race like her mother wants of her, instead, all Leelo can think of is history, she wants to know all about the history of the tieflings as opposed to its future and spends her wealth as she can obtaining artifacts and writing historical pieces about her people, with her reluctant mother playing into this hobby in the hopes that she will spark a deeper interest in her daughter to take up her mantle
Magic: Turul, male tiefling, known only as Turul, this druid enjoys spending his time as various birds of prey, spying for his mistress and ensuring that nothing happens in the woods around the castle without his knowledge, he also serves as Josephina's bodyguard during the many attempts on her life due to his ability to always be by her side.
Military: Vytautas Jadwiga, male human, son of Josephina, Vytautas leads her personal tiefling army, numbering in the tens of dozens, this army is highly trained and motivated to be a mobile strike force, used mostly to gather tiefling in danger and bring them to safety, protecting the final bastion of their race with all the fervor they can muster, even coming to blows with fellow Polanians, despite not being a tiefling himself, Vytautas is fiercely loyal in defending
Diplomatic: József Antall, male human, the liaison between Josephina and the rest of Polania, it is rumored that his family always served as slaves to the Jadwigas, but whats important now is his ability to vouch for and lobby on behalf of tieflings, time and again he is able to bring up historical situations proving their innocence or at least downplaying their atrocities, the evidence he presents is factual and irrefutable, he is very focused and good at his job, and his job is sucking tiefling dick according to the population
Religious: Latayva Jadwiga, female tiefling, sister to Josephina, her past is kept obscured, likely for reasons of humans wanting her death should they uncover what she was up to during the devastation, what is known is that she is a devout worshipper of Tarsil, that and she is gone most of the time, she harbors great ill will towards humans and is kept out of sight by Josephina to avoid incidents
