The Black Hand

The Black Hand:

Leader: Enric (Envy), controls Polania, has also taken over some of the controlling Rommaco responsibility from Luxia, wants to wage war against Astrasan to regain lost Polanian lands. His house took over the mantle of leadership after the Seat of Lust caused the Sacking of Noctolith, and he is the latest in a long line of individuals to lead the city and the council, most of his attention is directed to keeping his power and obtaining more. 
Champion: Wrax (Wrath), controls Angrose, works closely with Garrik to find dragons to slay in order to keep their population controlled. Seems to be on good relations with Garrik because of this but has a Shard of Niogdrassil recovered from one such hunt and keeps dragons as pets of sort. Is friends with Luxia and the House of Lust
Economy: Avra (Greed), controls Natinal, not much is known about her
Magic: Golge (Gluttony), controls Castone, not much is known about him
Military: Slova (Sloth), controls Rusonia, not much is known about her
Diplomatic: Subren (Pride), controls Saxony, apparently is guiding the Kaiser on his reconcilliary tour around Europa, helping him overcome racism and return Saxony to the stage as a hero rather than a villain. One part of his plan is to merge the nations of Saxony and Rommaco together into one superpower that will overcome racism and pull Europa into a golden age with its strength. He is friends with Luxia and the House of Lust
Base: The Black Hand Forest, the city of Noctolith is hidden underneath the forest, a massive chasm with bridges spanning the city living on its two sides. The chasm funnels down into a tunnel near the bottom where the nobles live and past this tunnel it opens up into an endless abyss in which the "Oblivion's End Prison" lies. The city is very advanced, equivalent to an 18th century european city here on earth, with tons of strange jobs and amenities including a public library, police service and many specialized craftsmen. Its population numbers in the tens of thousands and is mostly tiefling, but also has a large portion of dark elves call Noctolith home, having travelled here after the sacking of the city during the Devastation. Its entrance is now hidden by an ever moving portal obscured with a passphrase and sigils in the trees.
Goals: To control Europa, to increase its power and prosperity, to decrease tensions between Europan nations and to keep "invaders" like Astrasan at bay. Some of their ideas are better than others, some ideas are nicer and more good aligned than others, but the majority of it seems to be for the purpose of controlling and guiding the continent according to their own plans.
History: The Black Hand was founded after the Sacking of Noctolith in which the city was overrun by Cultists of Martius, it grew from controlling the city to the ones around it to eventually whole nations.
