The Magic house of the Caliphate of Astrasan

Leader: Omar Ibn-Khayyam, male gnome, A wizened and knowledgeable man, Omar Khayyam has studied math, philosophy, astronomy, and even poetry alongside magic. He can create fractal magic and while studying astronomy refuses to believe in a divine power associated with it, claiming to be a man of science.
Champion: Gilgamesh Ibn-Suman, male Aasimar, a larger than life figure known for standing 7ft tall and built like a mountain, the exploits of Gilgamesh are known far and wide throughout the world and many find that the stories do not do the man justice. He is a terrifying combatant who is coursing with divine and magical energies that allow him to serve as the Champion for his house, despite his lack of "actual" magic, he has a strong sense of justice and is fiercely protective of the weak, but very secretive about his past and where his source of power comes from. He was slain at the Red Reunion by cultists and has been reincarnated as a dwarf.
Economy: Sina Astra-Sisha, female human, a woman blessed with a kind heart that she uses as the driving force behind her studies, she has pioneered the pathway of modern medicine and gives this gift out freely, refusing to monetize it and instead she is able to turn a profit by operating as a charity business, where wealthy Caliphs can show their piety by donating to her and her studies to increase their own standing among others. She is intent that this money is used wisely and strives to deliver more and more products and new innovations to her people
Magic: Trayzn the Eternal, male lich, an enigmatic and eccentric figure who is very rarely seen, turning up just enough to remind everyone of his incredible magical prowess. Unlike other undead, it seems Trayzn is not controlled by Martius, nor is he obsessed with destroying all life, instead it seems he is gathering interesting artifacts related to the stars and often goes away on long expeditions alone to gather more. He has an eclectic knowledge of many things and his mind always seems to be somewhere else, it is rumored that only the Sultana knows his full story, though she denies that claim.
Military: Jabira Ibn-Khayyam, female gnome, daughter of Omar, Jabira has followed in her father's footsteps in understanding the natural world, but rather than focus on understanding the stars, she has taken it upon herself to understand the chemicals and compounds of the world around her. She has managed to combine these to form various substances that are used in the military in all sorts of manners, however her magnum opus is "Star-Fire" a substance that can burn away everything and is only stopped when the light of the stars fades from it and day breaks. She is proud of her achievements and always searching for more she can share to earn her father's attention, a prize she wins regularly.
Diplomatic: Haytham Ibn-Khayyam, male halfling, the son of Omar from one of his concubines, Haytham has made it his mission to earn the recognition of his father that is instead so often given to his sister, to this end he has worked and traveled with many different scholars and scientists from across Europa to compile an ever growing list and pile of papers he hopes to one day publish into a book that will forever change science, however as he is still collecting material for this book, he has yet to receive accolades for his work
Religious: Farabi Astra-Qamar, male human, a man who claims to be of two worlds, science and religion, he works hard to prove the correlation between the two and has published many an inspired work that has won over the most cynical of atheist, the Sultana herself had him in her harem for a time until he grew old and she placed him in this new position in the hopes that he would rub off on Omar, converting the old gnome to worship the stars, however this has only lead to rising tensions between the two as Omar refuses to entertain Farabi's foolish but well spoken ideas.
