Head of the Pack

Leadership over the storied criminal organization known as The Partnership has no formal turnover or succession plan, considering that there have only been two leaders (or at least sets of leaders)

The first leader of The Partnership is Markus Friendly, former commanding officer of the 3rd Regimental Cannoneer Corps. Leading the organization for the bulk of its existence he would see the initial expansion and growth of the membership and coffers to the international force that it was at the time of the Frost Oni Uprising in 889. Shortly after the uprising, Friendly would be deposed by The Twins and go off into hiding.

Under The Twins' leadership, the Partnership would take on a role as the secret police of The City of Elionshold. In addition to this, the twin leaders would obtain Iskra's artifact known as 'Armure Jouet' and kidnap Kotomi Fairbrooks-Moiran in an attempt to control her. Thwarted by the Adventure Party members, the leaders would retreat and promise retribution.
