Tesia

At the beginning of the world, there was naught but a bare, endless ocean, untouched by the meddling of heaven. But it would not last.   Born from nothing, beholden to nothing, three great beings emerged. Looking on this bare world, one declared himself god of it; god of the oceans and sky. His sister declared she would rule those things within the ocean and under the sky. The last of the kin refused to choose.   Immediately they made children for themselves, aspects of themselves and their desires built to enact their will. The god of the great, Bebedon, made for himself a vast and beautiful land to rule, and he called it Balendyra. His sister, Acivias, and her children filled it with all things big and small,   The children of the gods soon after began feuding, squabbling among siblings, spilling blood upon the waters of the world, scarring it forever. From their scars and blood rose new lands, and new peoples, lost and oft without god or guidance.   More quickly than it had been created, Tesia fell into chaos. The third of the Elder Kin, Kasmy, sought dearly to save it. He declared himself god of order, god of protection, god of guidance. His kin did not much care for this.   Under Kasmy's power, Tesia gained some semblance of peace. But it would not last...
