History
The cities history is a long and harsh one, but a beautiful one nonetheless. It has endured countless sieges and war, enduring the fires of crusade and raids from pirates and barbarian tribes. However, no matter how many times the city was torched, it was always rebuilt again and again. Eventually, all the people coming to rebuild it began to improve and bolster the defenses to the point where it could withstand most sieges. It would then spike in activity when many artifacts belonging to many different faiths of the world were discovered buried in some of the old ruins of the city. This led to scores of pilgrims immigrating to the city to worship, leading to a cultural mixture of the many faiths. To this day it remains one of the most diverse and culturally rich locations in the world, and it is said many adventures can be had in the city alone due to its size. While some worry that forces of evil and destruction may seek to burn the city down and steal its wealth, with King Theodwin IV leading the city state, it is likely that it will stand strong regardless of the odds.
Tourism
The city has become a holy place for many faiths across the world, as such, it regularly sees fleets of pilgrims and tourists seeing entrance into the city. As such it is said trying to enter the city is a journey in and of itself.
