Xiong Wuying, is the Jade Empress of Catai. Coming down from the mountains in which she lived in, she would bring divine retribution to the land of catai and secure it from civil war. Since then she has ruled with an iron fist, and has installed the Church of the Jade Empress, for she is the only goddess the cataians will ever need. While she ahs ruled, she has sought to expand her influence over the land, and seeks to even take over all of Orliea, and maybe even beyond. However for now she is busy consolidating power.
