He is old, but he is in near perfect health.

Trelgrun sports a very respectable beard and mustache, that he only has the finest barbers care fore.
Identifying Characteristics
He is actually blind in his right eye, having lost it due to an attack by strange air nomads riding dragons and other such creatures.
Specialized Equipment
Trelgrun can ride into battle in highly customized Sky Dwarf Armor, armed with a floating jetpack balloon and a great triple barreled magic pistol and a blade called the Telgadrud Sword that crackles with lightning and arcane energies. Only the finest in Sky Dwarven technology for the savior of the Dwarven race afterall.

Personal history
Being a savior is never easy. For most of Trelgrun Skylover's life, he had been ostracized by his peers for his radical ideas. He wanted to go outside the norm, outside tradition, but many other engineers looked down on him for that. However he never gave up and in secret he began working on his greatest creation, the Air Ships. It would take him over 100 years, but his time finally came when the Night of Woes befell the Dwarves. It was his inventions alone that saved the Dwarven people from near total annihilation, and he made sure that this was known very well when the kings met together to discuss what to do next. HIs great plan was to have the Dwarven race move into floating sky ports, but he couldn't believe that the High King and other kings rejected him. How could they not see that while tradition was valuable, some had to be forgotten in order to survive. So it was that he begrudgingly agreed with the High King to split the peoples, and he went to the elemental plane of air. His Sky port would be the first one created, and he made sure it was magnificent indeed. So he resides to this day, hoping to outshine his rivals in the Sons of Thordrindal.

To prove to his kin back in the Mortal Realms that he is right in his assessment that the age of walking amongst the ground is past the Dwarven race, and they must now look to the future.
Reign
His reign has been seen as fairly good for an ex-engineer with no political experience. He rules fairly and wisely, though is always very quick to anger and prone to making rash decisions. However he also seems incredibly lucky in a lot of his actions, so none of the other Sky Dwarves can complain too much.

He is incredibly wealthy, as many families have given generous "donations" in return for political favors.
