While the northern and southern poles are still covered in ice, a small area around the world spear is actually a perfect, forest like land with clean waterfalls, beautiful grass and trees, small floating islands, and other such greenery. There is also supposedly some structures inside this greenery, though that has never been fully confirmed, and if it ever was, would just raise more questions as to who or what lived there
Localized Phenomena
The World Spear leaks magical energy, causing any magic user nearby to almsot enter a "supercharged" like state while close by the world spear. Due to its magical energy, some things float in the air and other such strange phenomena.
Fauna & Flora
It is said to get to the world spear is a monumental feat all on its own, for demons, and beasts of an ancient age roam the land, fighting each other and all who enter the proximity of the world spear
Natural Resources
It is said ancinet magical relics, weapons, armor, and other such valuable items lie scattered around the World Spear, not to mention the countless fallen warriors before the gates of the World Spear's entrance and their equipment
History
No one knows exactly what the world spear is or where it came from. All that is known is long ago, before the first life forms even began to walk the planet, the spear like object would pierce the planet from pole to pole, radiating magical energies. It is said this would cause the magical energy to explode outwards, filling the world with magic (save for divine magic of course). This world spear would forever become apart of the world, and to this day it lies quiet in the poles of the world, for it is said no one has ever entered the world spear, for the two guardians of the gates of the world spear smite any who are found unworthy. Countless warriors from across the globe have died trying to enter the world spear over the thousands of years, and many more will try their fate to see if they are worthy of whatever it is that's inside
