For all the hate and ugliness in the world, there is its opposites: love and beauty. Love for one's fellows, friends, or lifelong companions. Beauty in art, people, and deeds help inspire people to keep going forward. Such small deeds can inspire people to want to live, and to keep living when all hope seems lost. Thus, a god would of course watch over such a rich domain, and that god is none other than Oren. Oren is depicted as a large floating figure, with a great head that has eight faces. These eight faces represent the eight different types of love: 

• Eros (sexual passion)
• Philia (deep friendship)
• Ludus (playful love)
• Agape (love for everyone)
• Pragma (longstanding love)
• Philautia (love of the self)
• Storge (family love)
• Mania (obsessive love)

This great head spins as it sits upon air, watching over and whispering beautiful words into the ears of lovers across the continent of Nilush. While some have looked down on the frivolous god of love, and some even warn that belief in this god is but the pathway to falling into the clutches of Lilith, such voices do not see the beauty in the world, and are not beautiful themselves. However, they should not be hated, for hatred in others is too short minded, when one can love another and hope that this love can change them.
