Makara is one of the Sheszarkaian Goddess of Arcana and Knowledge. She rules over the city of Sesai, but does so distantly. Truthfully she allows her closely trusted advisors and councilors to rule over for her, however she of course does hold power to veto and instate any rule she desires. Her city of Sesai is hailed as the city of scholars, and his home to some of the finest philosophers in the Shezarkai Kingdoms. It is seen as the mark of a true man or woman to partake in either magical, academic, or philosophical arts. Due to this the citizens hold themselves the same way Makara does, with a slight superiority complex as they are truly the most cultured and learned of all Shezarkai. Makara loves this, for her perfect society is one where everyone is a scholar, for that will make acquiring knowledge for herself so much easier. She has also been able to make sure through careful breeding programs of the noble families that the nobility are almost all powerful wizards.
