Khulo, God of Retribution and Revenge

Khulo is the god of retribution and revenge, and is said to be a wrathful god in this regard. He has no worshipers as he simply seeks out dead souls who have died from some great disservice or other horrid deed, and then barter with the god of death to have them sent back to the Mortal Realm. There they act as specters of vengeance, with some of his prized warriors having burning skulls as heads and they seek out their charge and right whatever wrong they had suffered. Some argue if Khulo is even real, but reports of strange burning skull figures have cropped up across the ages from time to time.
