Biological Traits

Kenku have the ability to perfectly mimic other sounds and voices. While Kenku can speak fluent languages, they are known to occasionally play tricks and use their mimicry to play pranks. Despite being birdlike, they cannot fly and instead are stuck to moving around on foot.

Genetics and Reproduction

Kenku reproduce similar to birds with females laying eggs after 48 hours and the eggs taking about 2-3 weeks

History

It is said the first kenku were birds, who were cursed to never fly again after failing to observe an honrable samurai giving his life. From this the kenku would forever work to try and repent for this ancient curse, for the hope is one day the kneku will regain the favor of the gods and regain the ability to fly
