Goblin Bandit Kingdom
Structure
The Overboss is the leader of the bandit kingdom. He is then followed by war chiefs, his appointed group of the toughest, and most cunning leaders. Under war chiefs are captains, those who lead smaller bands of warriors, and then under that are the many warriors. Slaves captured in raids or goblins born into slavery are the lowest in the system, and do all manual labor and making food
Culture
The goblins culture cna be described simply as: take what you want to be the strongest. Thievery is a way of life for the goblins of the bandit kingdoms, and they will steal what they want with overwhelming amounts of violence and other such devious methods. They don't have to worry about the actual hardships of keeping up food production for their slaves do all that work for them, meaning the goblins can simply enjoy all the loot and plunder they have acquired, or prepare for the next raid they will partake in
History
The history of the Goblin Bandit Kingdom starts with the great war against the dwarves. These wars would put the dwarves and goblins against one another and the goblins would be pushed back time and again until one amongst there king, Blekz the Smart One, would craft a plan 100 years in the making. He would somehow extend his life to unnatural lengths with strange magiks, and hatch a most devious scheme. Every small raid would serve to weaken the dwarves defenses, until finally he would storm the keeps, murdering and pillaging the keeps. After they forced the dwarves to their airships, they would claim the keeps for themselves. To this day they reside, looting and pillaging the nearby lands and becoming a growing threat to the nearby kingdoms
Foreign Relations
The bandit kingdom of the goblins do not engage in diplomacy with others, for they have no need to be kind to anyone, so all other kingdoms look to the goblins of the bandit kingdom with disdain

The bandit kingdom does not trade what it couldn't just take by force
