Clíodna, The Queen of the Banshees

Clíodna was said to be created by Danu in order to help these new banshee spirits from going on their own and causing havoc across the land. She is said to reside deep in one of the darkest forests in Red Ravens Rock, where she resides in a pocket reality in that forest. Here she helps coordinate her banshees and her cultists and helps warn her children of necromancers or those who would seek to hunt their kind for whatever purposes they hold in their heart. Though she is a minor deity, she is well respected as a positive force in the mortal realms to help the Celta Clans have their dead safely pass into the afterlife.

Clíodna's holy book is known as the Wailing Text, for it can be hard to read to the uninitiated to see such sadness in paper form. However, every cultist of hers feels its an important step in their process of being inducted to read it at least once, with multiple readings of it being considered a sign of extra devotion.
