Children of Eternal Hellfire

Fire burns bright in all, but the flames of hell burn brighter. Though the Flame may claim to be a being of fire, man truly fears hellfire more then any other. Volcanoes have always been the source of primal power, and during the great migrations when the hordes of mortals would immigrate to the wider lands, many were left behind to go mad within the Forbidden Lands. The Damned Mountain called mysteriously to a single tribe above all, promising truth and the strength to find such truth. None are sure what they found exactly in there, but they tell that they saw the Infernal Hells at their most primal state, a great ever burning inferno that will one day consume all of the realms in its burning embrace. They worship this fire, and seek to spread it amongst the lands, and subject all they come across to the burning flames of their pyres.

Structure

The Fire Lords are those who lead the cult to glory and victory in the name of the God. They are champions of many battles and are able to call upon the unending courage of the hellfire. Under them are Flame Priests who act as sorcerers for the cult, making sure to summon fires to keep their warriors calm and to burn their enemies. The Brass Exemplar is a champion of the cult who serves as bodyguards to the Fire Lords and incredible warriors. Under them are the Living Infernos, are a sort of human explosive, who are literally constantly alight with burning fire that they use to detonate on themselves to burn their enemies. Under these are the Lavaborn, who are fully fledged members of the cult and have proven themselves worthy. Under these are of course the Kindlings, who are still new members of the cult and just starting to prove themselves worthy. Finally under them are the slaves that they force to work the menial jobs they cant be bothered to do,

Culture

War and death are paramount to the Children of Eternal Hellfire. They live for war, for the fire burns within all their hearts. It is said that this desire for war occurs due to their diet, where they prefer to hunt down flame creatures and devour their hearts and flesh. This ritual will either incinerate the poor victim from the inside and out, or turn them into literal living torches of fiery power. This fire also fills them with the voices of their god, and the burning desire to purge the world of all those who wouldn't bow their head in prayer to the Eternal Hellfire. They are not able to be reasoned with, and are always eager to spill blood in the name of their god.

Mythology & Lore

The Children of Eternal Hellfire worship the Ever-Burning Fire, which is a sort of malevolent demonic like god. The Children believe it is Hell at its must pure and primal form, and this makes them some of the worthiest Hell Tribesmen of all. They seek to bring about the Burning Apocalypse, when the raging fires of Hell consume all of reality and purify those most worthy in its cinders.
