Fiume della Grotta Lunare
The River of the Lunar Grotto (Known locally as Fiume della Grotta Lunare) is a minor river that flows out from the Pearlstone Mountains, down through Sabina, and into the Pearlstone Caves. It cuts its way through the rock, creating many passageways that have since become home to many minor settlements.
The river then on its way out of the rock face, creating a large waterfall, which collects below and gives the Lakeland Vale its name. The river then flows through the Vale, where it joins up with the Jeevan River on its way to White Ocean.
In Lakeland Vale, the river is populated with many fish, providing food for the people that live around it. Upstream, through the caves and back towards its source, it is clear and drinkable, and provides fresh, clean water to the inhabitants of the caves and of the Sabina area.
