Oss the Wild
Atossa (a.k.a. Oss, Osse)
One evening Jarek Rothsall was startled by his guards bringing a struggling young boy over to him. Soon he learned that this "boy" was fully intent on joining Jarek's band of wanderers.
Soon Oss had fully integrated into the band, despite Jarek's insistence that he was entirely too young to be joining in battle.
Oss, however, had many secrets. One being that she was, in fact, a girl in disguise, and her birth name was Atossa. After the Night of Terror, she found herself an orphan and destitute, so she journeyed from her home country Dakyn to Antalan to kill the queen ( Gwen Roysen ). To travel safely, as well as to be allowed to join Jarek's band, she disguised herself as a boy, cutting her hair short. Unfortunately, this had the side affect of making her look several years younger than she actually was, causing Jarek to refuse to allow her to fight.
Lokan and Ham both ended up taking her somewhat under their wings--Lokan teaching her trickster's ways, and Ham teaching her various forms of fighting. Everyone in the camp soon came to recognize her face, as that of the fiery young foreign boy who had a chip on his shoulder the size of the moon.
