A demon scar describes a physical trait visible upon every mages body. They form a material sign of the connection between an mortal and a demon. Through this scar demon energy is drawn into the mortal world and transformed into magical energy. The demon scar mostly takes the form of a deep scar or crack upon a mages body, in which a dark red light is visible. Upon the usage of magic the light become more bright and sometimes the scar might even emit red fog.
