Terrcora

Terrcora is a world of diversity and chaos, a combination of countless worlds from across the Omniverse that have had tiny bits of each of them hurled together. This is a world where dragons can fight xenomorphs, adventurers can fight fantastical versions of popular supervillians (possibly with the assistance of heroes), spells can summon creatures from Subnautica, pterosaurs and monsters like Rathalos and Lagiacrus can be hunted for resources, Pokémon can storm giant's castles, and a lot more.

Terrcora is also a world of exceptions. The personality of one species of monster only exists in some individuals. To put it simply, it is a world of "not all men" but with every single possible sentient creature. For example, not all orcs are mindless savages, not all ogres are absurdly stupid, not all red dragons are evil, but not all silver dragons are good. For too long, fantasy has been defined by ideas of black and white, who is evil and who isn't with very little thought put into who gets stuck in-between. No living creature, unless they are a literal fiend from Hell, is born evil, and the same is true for goodness. The brains of living creatures change over time, and in a world where hundreds, if not thousands of species have brains just as powerful as humans, things get messy. Some species, such as many true dragons, have brains that are smaller than humans, in terms of body-to-brain ratio. But, due to densely packed neurons held together by magical energy, both negative and positive, these species can grow to have brainpower more similar to a supercomputer with the thinking capabilities of a human.
