-Marcoth knows none of this as he had his memory scrubbed when he was booted out of Hell. Elves may or may not.

-Black Blade is the Blade of Law, which is a name it calls itself not that it is known by. Therefore the only ones who know this name are Marcoth and anyone he tells (Lyra). Doesn’t like manipulation of law in any way. Especially hates Devils and others who bend or misuse the law. Very Lawful Neutral. Follows the law because the benefits of civilization are invaluable. If it takes control of Marcoth through it’s ego, a symbol appears in his pupils that is not noticeable except upon close examination.

Personal history
-Father placed him in world so he could gain power and eventually claim him. Out of the elements, devils are weakest to electricity so he wanted someone from a bloodline that was powerful with electricity. Popped out in the an alleyway of Shizuoka at 37 (human 5) in a wealthy part of town. Street urchin for may years, became somewhat of a urban legend in the neighborhood where he was. Other kids trying to bully him since he’s different but he’s really smart so he starts making traps in his hideout. Decades pass and some of those kids, including Roth, that bullied him have grown up and want to hunt him down for revenge and since he’s a devil. They’re guards now and go out to capture him, with Tofeir as backup. They’re wise to his tricks and easily subdue him, then decide to kill him while he’s helpless but Tofeir (He didn’t really know what was going on up then but sees the guards about to kill a kid.) steps in, knocks them out, arrests them, and takes Marcoth home.
Marcoth Ensarin was never very proud of his heritage. That might be partially attributed to the fact that his father was an abomination. He never met his biological parents, but he knows what his father is because he is a member of the tiefling race. An orphaned tiefling, Marcoth was in trouble. Until blademaster Tofeir and his wife, a wizard by the name of Elena saw him and took him as their own. Marcoth hopes to have another person that he can trust the way that he trusted his foster father and mother mother. When Marcoth was on the streets, there was a thug that went by the name of Roth that tormented Marcoth . The city that Marcoth and his foster parents lived in is named Shizuoka. Shizuoka is still there, but Marcoth’s father has since died of old age, and Marcoth himself has moved on. The kindness shown to him by his foster mother and father made him care for peoples freedom and joy, but still despise societal norms. He can be bitter at times, but that is simply because he can be untrusting of society and people in general due to the unfortunate conditions of his early youth While initially untrusting, Marcoth will never betray someone who has shown themselves to be a true friend. Marcoth is a prodigy, hoping to see combat, but is still untested in combat. Marcoth is hoping to make some lifelong friends that see past his… deformity Marcoth secretly likes people, but simply does not trust them. Marcoth wants to gather as much power as he can, so that if he ever meets his father – his real father – he can cut him down like the abomination he is. due to his hatred of demons, he is a demon hunter With the intent to hunt down and cleanse the world of demonic filth.
Education
Tofeir and Elena trained Marcoth in both the arcane arts and in blade skills. Now seen as their son, Elena and Tofeir entrusted Marcoth with the core of their Heirloom Black Blade. They believed that Marcoth would be able to harness its power, as he had all of the capability of a Magus. Training under his foster mother, Marcoth developed a love for magic in all forms, and wants to collect or create his own magic collection, the same can be said for his father’s training and his love of good blades.
