A rotund, rosy-cheeked halfling with twinkling eyes and an infectious laugh, Finnick Hillbelly is the beloved ceremonial elder of the peaceful village of Thistledown. Though the role holds no real authority, Finnick is seen as the heart of the village — presiding over festivals, telling stories by the hearth, and ensuring no belly goes unfed. He’s fond of pipeweed, second breakfasts, and the old songs, and his warm presence is as comforting as fresh bread on a cold morning.
