These delicious fruits give the majority of Estisia flavor to their food for a very long time. It originated usually in a diagonal line between the South, East, and theorically, Central Estisia.

Anatomy

Citrus is a type of fruit with colorful akin which has to be peeled off before eating. Its meat contains lots of fiber and an overwhelming, varied flavor. It usually gives a bitter or sour flavor but some types have a sweet. Many can be eaten alone but some are rather for seasoning during cooking. Usually, they have to be ripe before picking out the branches.

Domestication

Trees of citruses can be found in a Scholar Garden in the Institute of Knowledge and it has been distributed in varois place. For examples, Limes and Lemons has been cultivated around Auqapus, Anriv Vinor states, and across the Durn River.

There is a rumor about the orange tree in the garden of the grand palace. Planted alongside other sweet fruits, it yields high quality of oranges with no sour, which is reserved only for the royal families as well as the royal guests.

Uses, Products & Exploitation

Some types of citrus are being treated as local ingredients for any recipes, but some are being treated as luxuries. The citrus tree that produced the sweetest fruit are being sought to a high price.

Geographic Origin and Distribution

Citrus originated in Estisia around the area with savannah climate, particularly the jungle of the myth in the south and the majority of the east.

In the south, there are Lime and Lemon. Lime has a bitter and more sour, using as a ingredients, whereas Lemon has more sweetener, usually for recreation.

In the east, there are plenty species in the rainforest such as Mandarin and Pomelo, which then crossedbred itself to create a hybrid specie that popularized among the eastern people - Orange.

Orange was first introduced in the south at Trart which became popular among the wealthy. Later it was sent to Knirk before eventually ending up in Valone. There is a rumor that the nation of the east once gave the Taestic Republic a sapling of Orange as a gift.
