Fey-blood

Fey-bloods are those descended from fey who have, over time, become mortal. In embracing mortality, they eventually became capable of breeding with species that were physically closest to them, be it gnomes, elves, dvaergs or humans.
You can model a fey-blood character by using the Half Elf entry in the Player's Handbook. Use the High Elf Variant and choose a cantrip in place of Skill Versatility.
Another type of fey-blood could be built using the rules for Hex-bloods.
Names for fey-bloods tend to follow the same traditions as whichever parentage they favor. Thus, fey-bloods might have any elf, human, gnome, or dvaerg name.
