The Men Mines

The Men Mines are a network of deep, dark tunnels and caves that have been carved out by the Mountain Men over many generations. The entrance to the mine is a large wooden door with iron reinforcements, set into the side of a mountain. Inside, the tunnels branch off in all directions, leading through rocky outcroppings and underground caverns. The walls are lined with veins of ore, from copper to gold. There are also lakes filled with different minerals which have been tapped as well as hot springs that power machines deep below ground. Further along in the deeper parts of the mine, there are various workshops and smithies where ores can be processed into different metals and materials used for construction or crafting weapons. There is a tavern in the tunnels, providing a place for miners to rest and relax after their work is done.

The tavern in the Men Mines is a cozy and comfortable place, with wooden paneling covering the walls. There are large fireplaces that keep it warm even during the colder mountain nights. The furniture is made from sturdy wood, built to withstand years of use. A long bar lines one wall where ale and other drinks can be served up for weary travelers and miners alike. Tables and chairs fill out the rest of the room providing plenty of seating for those looking to relax or work on something as they talk amongst themselves. Lanterns hang from high above lighting up most of the room while still allowing some areas to remain in shadow giving it an atmosphere of mystery.
