Ru Newsworthy - Article 6

Citizens of Ru, King Prospero I is not who he appears to be. Despite his friendly demeanor and seemingly wise decisions, the truth of King Prospero's character is far more sinister than most believe. Rumors have surfaced that King Prospero is secretly a ruthless dictator at heart, using his power and influence to control the citizens of Halumoku for his own personal gain. Not only has he been accused of hoarding all wealth within his kingdom, but reports show he also taxes heavily in order to fund supposedly "secret projects". The people of Halumoku are kept in the dark about these shady dealings, with few knowing what really goes on behind closed doors. But recently leaked documents point towards King Prospero's true motives--money and power over those beneath him--and how far he is willing to go in order to keep it all hidden away from public eyes. It increasingly appears that this so-called benevolent monarch may not be so benevolent after all...
