Dear Citizens of Halumoku,
It has come to our attention that many citizens of Halumoku are venturing too close to the island of Ru. We understand this may be for a variety of reasons, but we must remind you that Ru is an incredibly dangerous and unpredictable place. The people there are fierce and their aggressive nature makes them a serious threat to any ship or individual who enters their waters. We strongly advise against visiting the island, as it is home to a high concentration of pirates and other criminals who are known for attacking unsuspecting outsiders. Even if you do not plan on visiting Ru itself, it is essential that you take extra precautions when sailing in its vicinity in order to keep yourself safe from those who might wish harm upon you. In addition, we ask all citizens not to spread rumors or false stories about the island of Ru or its inhabitants out of respect for their privacy and safety. It is important that we maintain cordial relations with our neighbors so as not to provoke further conflict between us and them. As your local government officials, we urge all citizens to exercise caution when navigating near any islands belonging to Elder Plates including but not limited Luamuku, Janlaraku , Parchrime , and Ru.
