The 4th Floor of any Imperial Governmental Tower

Purpose / Function

The 4th Floor of an Imperial Governmental Tower is the Level of Justice in any major City of the Empire. This Floor is Purely reserved for the local Imperial Court and the Offices of the Guild Judges.

Design

The Imperial Court is often a Marbel Structure similar to the old Tempels of Athena. (The Rooms Center consists of a Marbel Stand focused on three high chairs overlooking the Court where the Judges usually sit)

Entries

The Imperial Court can be accessed though an Elevator that passes through every Level of the Tower, as well as an emergency Staircase on the outside Tower.

Sensory & Appearance

Any and all variants of the Court have a focus on imposing on the accused and to elevate the positions of the Judges, this is mostly done to scare the offender into revealing the Truth.

Denizens

Most Courts consists of 3 Guild Judges of minimum Rank of Electrum Protegé, the Judges household and an Imperial Guard Squad.

Architecture

The Imperial Court is Constructed to be imposing, individualized by the local Guild Masters, as well as to enforce the authority of the Guild Judges.

History

The Imperial Court is based on the Terran Kingdoms Court house which served a similar purpose. The Imperial court has been part of the Imperial Governmental Tower since it's inception in the City of Nerones during the First year of the Empire.

Court involvement

The Imperial Court is usually only in session in cases of Necromancy / Forbidden magic or similarly high Crimes these consist but are not limited to:

• Defiling the Dead
• Cannibalism
• Formation of a Sect
• Treason
• Desecration of a Tempel
• Massive Destruction of Imperial or Private Property

Besides these Serious incidents the Court also acts as the Place to award Medals or similar honors.
