13: Imilios Qharon
Imilios Qharon (a.k.a. Qara Astraeus)
Imilios Qharon is the 13th and the final known Imilios made out of the new universe.
Imilios Qharon is not known by most to have a divine domain. Instead, she is secretive and reclusive, and is often forgotten in main lists of Imilios. In fact, Most people think there are only 12 Imilios.
According to some ancient traditions, Qharon is a deity of endings, new beginnings and fate, presiding over the transitions between different phases of existence. She may be invoked in rites of passage, or in ceremonies that mark the passing of seasons or the turning of the cosmic cycle. Followers of Qharon are rare to nonexistant, and their practices are often shrouded in mystery. Some believe that the Imilios may only be accessible to those who are willing to embrace the unknown and step beyond the boundaries of conventional reality.
Qharon used to be a woman named Qara Astraeus, a Hujan from a universe before this one. In her dying world, she figured out how to reverse the expansion of her universe, and restart it, birthing Terra Novella. She survived the transition to a new universe alongside 3 others, all part of the same species, the Hujan.
Qara was able to figure out how the Imilios were created, and performed a ritual that would turn herself into one, a feat unable to be replicated in today's society.
Qharon is unique amongst Imilios, having the ability to manifest her physical form. Most Imilios cannot manifest a physical representation of themselves outside their home world. Even then, only a couple of Imilios have the power to do this. This has caused some to theorize that Terra Novella itself is Qharon's Domain.

During her time as a manifestation of her older form when Igyn enslaved the population of Terra Novella, Qara had a couple of special abilities.
1. Portal manipulation Restrained to a 20 mile radius around Igyn's mansion, she was able to place, move, and destroy portals to anywhere in that range at will. 2. Empathic and Psionic abilities She had the unique ability to read people's emotions, and tell the motive behind what they were saying. Now that Qara is an Imilios with the unique ability to manifest a physical form that can be viewed, all of these powers is something her physical form inherits, along with the ability to manipulate reality.

Although all Imilios have no gender, and are constructs of the universe, Imilios Qharon shares her former vessel's personality and gender.
Education
A great scientist, Qara was said to be the smartest being in the previous universe, being the only one to figure out how to stop the expansion of the universe. As an Imilios, it is unknown if she remembers her past life and education.
