Radiation Poisoning
Radiation poisoning uses a system similar to exhaustion, with six levels. Each level increases the severity of the symptoms:
Level 100: Mild Sickness Disadvantage on Constitution saving throws against disease and poison.
Level 200: Fatigue Disadvantage on attack rolls and ability checks.
Level 300: Severe Nausea Speed halved.
Level 400: Organ Damage Maximum hit points halved.
Level 500: Critical Failure Character automatically fails saving throws against disease, poison, and radiation.
Level 600: Death Character dies due to radiation poisoning.
A Health Potion can reduce the level by 1

Lesser Restoration can reduce the level by 20
Greater Restoration can reduce the level by 100
