Mercury Lundhill
Mercury Lundhill, a unique magical rat that is known within both the military and scientific communities. Originally a Stone-Eater rat, Mercury underwent a transformation that granted him extraordinary abilities, including the power to consume adamantine, one of the hardest metals in existence. Known for his work with Nimbus Technologies, Mercury has become an invaluable asset, consuming all metal waste within the laboratory, as well as retaining missions with his Adoptive Sister Elena Lundhill with the adventuring group the Mystic Six.
Mercury's fur is marked by a distinct, metallic gleam. His body has also grown slightly larger and more muscular, due to the sheer strength required to consume such dense materials. At times, his steps and claws sound off with the specific ring of metal clashing with metal. On his head is a lovely Delivery boy's hat given to him by Wendy Applebee and a cute backpack sewn by Elena. He also has a ring on his collar which allows him entry into Nimbus Technologies.
He was found a lone survivor of his pack in the underdark when a hook horror descended amongst his kind. It killed and devoured most of his kin, but with her dying breath, Mercury's mother slayed the Hook Horror. Curled against his kin, the Mystic 6 Found him with Elena adopting him and bringing him to Runevale. They have been close ever since.
He also has a strong bond with the Applebees and Dorian Orville, Zelstine, and Connor Jiang.
It is currently noted by the Mystic 6, that Mercury is a being of mysterious origin or power and is currently under the tutelege of Boss D, of the Jade Vipers.
