Halcyon Technologies have announced that their Functionary series constructs have gained sentiences, and are capable of gaining individual thought, feelings, emotions, and all prospects similar to other humanoids.
An example was brought into the House of Commons during an interview of Wayland Tyrell and his associates Prometheus, Yosfan Marblegem, and Father Gears.
