A large portion of this district is the House of Commons buildings and its surrounding properties. Elegant architecture, stately design, and a shining clock tower to center it all. The air is rife with clacking footsteps against the cobbled floor and shuffling paper of clerks and delegates.
The grumbles of disgruntled citizens along with the piercing questions from reporters of various state activities blare amongst the publish streets of the House of Commons. The heavy foot steps of the Guardforged patrol across the district.

Very few actually live at the House of Commons outside of on site staff.
