Slummy area, looks very rundown and smells of tossed refuse and rot. When walking through the alleyways at night it feels as if any number of eyes may be staring you down.

Notable Inhabitants:

The less fortunate, some disenfranchised, people who scrape by. Some workers who travel to other districts for work and unfortunately many criminals

What is there?

Perhaps much shadier folk who want to search for an alternative form of business. Cheap lodging or housing.

Main Attraction:

Public perception views this as a breeding ground for criminals and vagabonds.
