Kaeldar

Overview:

Kaeldar is the city of dwarves. Its name is derived from the Kelda River, which runs directly through the city. This divides the city into two parts; the richer West Kaeldar and the poorer East Kaeldar. The Kaeldar Palace sits in the centre of the city and is accessible from both sides of the river. Kaeldar was once a monarchy called Kelgagrim, but, after an uprising, is now ruled by a Consortium of eight powerful families. Kaeldar is known all around Terra Meiyer for its skilled artisans.
