Aquan Rosetta Stone

Overview:

The aquan rosetta stone is an old carved rock that may help the party understand the language used by the Fathomless Beast. The true name of this language is unknown, but Hula Balu has been referring to it as aquan. This stone has a table carved into it translates the common tongue into standardized sequences of three different signal durations.
