Minor Deities

Since the Severance, many minor deities and religions have been born across Terra Argos. These deities come in many forms, from meddling Archfey to ascended Wizards or powerful Devils. The acknowledgement of these deities varies widely across the lands, and many towns and villages have their own patrons that they worship and pray to alongside the Twelve.
It is even believed by some that honorable warriors, especially powerful mages, and the bravest of adventurers are sometimes selected by the Twelve to have the Severed Sun revealed to them, and ascend beyond the mortal plane. Many adventurers spend their lives traveling the world over, attempting to prove themselves in the hopes that they might be chosen to shed their mortal coil and join the immortal host of minor deities.
