Godstones

In the twilight of the War of the Sun and Moon, the world was forever changed. The spirits of the Twelve had retreated to the realm of Chronicle, never again to show their full forms in Terra Argos, but their influence would remain. Amongst the most powerful vestiges of this influence are the Godstones, remnants of the Gods' material bodies, crystalized and concentrated after the millenia. Some are said to be small enough to hold in one's hand, some, like the Great Sapphire of Dancingwater, are the size of a large building. Some even say the continents themselves are Godstones. Whatever the case, the legendary power of the Godstones has captured the imagination and desire of the Freeforged races from the Severance to now, and likely will continue to do so long into the future.
